3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at vip2cuci. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or under another person's name — is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details for payment purposes. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. vip2cuci will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including vip2cuci staff.
• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using a shared device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before making their first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, recent utility bill, or bank statement. This process is mandatory and is designed to protect your account security and meet regulatory compliance requirements.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals

Vip2cuci is committed to processing all withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval, while VIP members enjoy faster processing.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your vip2cuci account.
• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Vip2cuci reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for security purposes.

5.2 Withdrawal Delays

Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you must wager before a bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted. 7. Game Rules & Wagering
